If you change your mind, here's our effortless Return Policy.

  • Within 14 days, with the original receipt and packaging, unused and tags attached.
  • You can request a return online by following this link.
  • Email customer service at getit@girlintuitive.com with the reason for your return, unless you've requested a return online using the link above.
  • Upon approval, a Return Label will be emailed to you. The shipping cost of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. You may choose to ship using your own label.
  • To return your order, please include the original invoice as well as the items in their complete original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.



You will receive an email notification from Girl Intuitive once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment.

Also, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.


You may exchange your item for a $15.00 re-stocking fee (includes shipping both ways for the exchange) within the 14-day period for the same amount purchased. 

The product(s) to be replaced must be returned in accordance to the Returns conditions.

If you have not met the Return conditions, Girl Intuitive will notify you by email that the exchange will not be processed, and your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, Girl Intuitive reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).


Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

    Earrings - are non-returnable.

    Gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

      Girl Intuitive reserves the right to reject returns that are sent or communicated outside of the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.


      Late or missing refunds
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Identification Tag 

      All products sold by Girl Intuitive include an identification tag attached, which constitutes an integral part of the product. Please try on the products without removing the tag. Products returned without the tag will not be accepted.


      Amendments and Updates
      The Vendor may amend or update all or any part of this Return Policy at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. Any amendments and updates to the Return Policy shall be effective upon publication on the Website. Please access the Return Policy on the Website regularly in order to check whether the Return Policy has been updated. If any provision of any part of this Return Policy shall be deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Return Policy.-
