If you change your mind, here's our effortless Return Policy.
- Within 30 days, with the original receipt/packing slip and tags attached, receive a refund* in the original form of payment.
- Mail- Complete the return form on the back of your original packing slip to receive a refund in the original form of payment.
- Earrings - are non-returnable.
- Gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
*There is a $5 restocking fee for returns. Exchanges are exempt.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Earrings are final and cannot be returned.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you live in the U.S. you should have received a Return Label in your package. Please append it to a padded envelope or box and take it to your nearest post office or mailbox. Merchandise should be back undamaged.
If you live outside the U.S.A, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
