Are you ready for the Summer? I personally start preparing for it 3 months in advance. The beach body, the clothes to fit in the beach body, the beach wear and, of course, all its accessories. It is fun, you feel great but it is a lot of work. First, you must east healthy not just for the beach for your own well being. I find myself liking fruits and veggies more and more and then I read about all the benefits, how could you not?
