Tropical Floral Trend - on the runway House of Holland, Vivienne Westwood, and Tommy Hilfiger show us how to use multicolor, bold and tropical flowers, leaves, trees, and wings. While we've seen them in 2014 and 2015, this year, flowers continue to bloom with brighter, bolder colors and with a more exotic surroundings.

Prairie Flower Trend - a more romantic approach, when smaller flower patterns and leafy vines play as key elements. Designers take wild flowers and apply it to their bohemian style clothing. BCBG Max Azria have added prairie floral print into their bohemian tunics, wear them with loose pants for that pajama look. Or wear a dress with green vines, Etro style.

Abstract Floral Trend - designers loved playing with the transparency this season. Florals are covered by transparent layers, like Badgley Mischka's gown, or blurred out like Calvin Klein's jumpsuit. Transparency mixed in soft, sheer fabrics depicts an abstract form that transcends us to a calm and relaxed sense. Try using clear, transparent accessories, they have that sheen look with an esoteric feel.

3D Floral Trend - designers couldn't help but get quirky with the floral trend, literary, all blown up using fabrics, metal, and beads handcrafted onto the garment. The floral trend is beyond print on the garment, they transcend into sculptural jewelry like necklaces, bracelets, and rings. Alice and Olivia have handcrafted crochet floral embellishment onto their garment while Anna Sui uses more bold looking flowers as statement necklaces. 3D flowers are used as chokers, brooches, or headband. The important thing is to have fun with them and push the envelope!
